Fast-paced, high volume law office looking for experienced civil litigation paralegal with personal injury/insurance defense experience. Must be able to perform initial case investigations by gathering facts and records; serving and responding to discovery; draft pleadings; draft witness and exhibit lists; summarizing records; and trial preparation. Must be highly organized, pay close attention to detail and can work well with others. Must be a team player. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
