JOB SPECIFICS

Paralegal / Legal Assistant with prior legal experience in Florida foreclosure.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience working at a law firm or handling legal-based issues. Prior experience in real estate, creditor's rights and litigation. Ability to think and act independently. Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in Perfect Practice, Case Aware, LoanSphere (LPS), Tempo, Serengeti or similar case management systems is preferred, but not required.
