Job Description
- Prepare deposition subpoenas, trial subpoenas, records subpoenas, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses.
- Coordinate retrieval, review, organization, and production of third-party records, litigation documents, discovery materials, and case files.
- Support attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle, including case preparation, deadline tracking, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal and investigative research using public records sources, legal research tools, and litigation databases.
- Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, binders, and supporting case materials for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial.
- Coordinate document productions, discovery projects, litigation file management, and case materials using document management and eDiscovery platforms. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 to $85,000 per year.

- Manage litigation support activities from discovery through trial preparation.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, discovery responses, and litigation files.
- Coordinate document productions, third-party records retrieval, and case document organization.
- Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Minimum 5 years of Litigation Paralegal experience, preferably supporting complex litigation matters.
- Strong knowledge of Florida State Court and Federal Court procedures.
- Experience with document management systems and eDiscovery or document review platforms.
- Strong legal research, investigative research, and case management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, urgent deadlines, and detailed case materials in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and professional judgment. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial litigation, insurance defense, construction defect, business litigation, or complex civil litigation matters.
- Experience using PACER, LexisNexis, Westlaw, Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, or similar litigation tools.
- Prior experience supporting trial teams with trial notebooks, exhibits, binders, and courtroom preparation materials.
