This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded trusts and estates team in a collaborative and professional environment focused on exceptional client service. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised professional with strong experience in estate and trust administration who thrives in a fast-paced legal setting. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with estate and trust administration matters Coordinate asset collection, valuation, and distribution processes Prepare estate inventories, asset schedules, and supporting documentation Draft and e-file probate pleadings, trust administration documents, and accountings Support preparation of fiduciary income tax returns, estate tax returns, and gift tax returns Monitor court deadlines and maintain case calendars Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and third parties regarding case matters Proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance Maintain accurate billing and time-entry records Utilise estate and trust administration software and Microsoft Office applications Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience in estate and trust administration Strong knowledge of Florida probate procedures and e-filing systems Experience with federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns preferred Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Professional demeanor with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Benefits Competitive compensation package Collaborative and supportive team environment Exposure to sophisticated private client matters Opportunities for professional growth and development Stable, well-established firm culture focused on client service excellence
