Company Description Boyes, Farina & Matwiczyk, P.A. is a boutique law firm in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, focused on probate, trust, estate, tax, guardianship, and related business litigation. Since 1994, the firm has served families, fiduciaries, and businesses with comprehensive legal services in planning, administration, and litigation involving complex trusts and estates. Role Description The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in probate, trust, estate, tax, guardianship, and related litigation matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and organizing legal documents and court filings, assisting with pleadings and motions, managing case files and calendars, and coordinating discovery and document production. The role also involves communicating with courts, clients, and opposing counsel, and helping prepare for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, requiring collaboration with attorneys and staff in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Qualifications Strong skills in legal document preparation and document review, including drafting, formatting, and organizing litigation materials. Experience preparing and assisting with pleadings and motions, including drafting, revising, and filing in state and federal courts. Prior experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting; probate, trust, estate, or guardianship experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines, work both independently and as part of a team, and maintain client confidentiality. Proficiency with legal practice management software, e-filing systems, and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
