Job Description

PrideStaff is assisting a personal injury and civil litigation law firm in Palm Beach County with a medical malpractice paralegal opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified malpractice paralegals looking to work and grow within a leading personal injury law firm in Palm Beach. This role involves managing litigation cases from pre-suit through trial. Key responsibilities include preparing litigation documents, coordinating discovery, reviewing medical records, and assisting attorneys with trial preparation.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
5+ years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for plaintiff-side medical malpractice.
Skills:
Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation, discovery management, and trial preparation.
Software:
Competency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and case management software (Litify experience is a plus).
Attributes:
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing complex case files and deadlines.
