We are hiring Medical Malpractice Paralegals for both Pre-Litigation and Litigation matters for a well-established South Florida Personal Injury Law Firm. The Medical Malpractice Paralegals is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

Support attorneys throughout all phases of medical malpractice cases, from pre-suit through trial. Assist with the preparation and filing of pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and other litigation documents. Draft and coordinate discovery requests and responses, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions. Obtain, organize, review, and summarize medical records, billing records, and other case-related documentation. Prepare medical chronologies, case summaries, timelines, and other materials to assist attorneys with case evaluation and strategy. Assist with identifying, retaining, and coordinating medical and other expert witnesses. Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, opposing counsel, and litigation vendors regarding case-related matters. Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, inspections, and other litigation events. Track discovery, court deadlines, expert deadlines, and other critical case milestones. Prepare deposition, mediation, hearing, and trial materials, including exhibits and case files. Required qualifications for the position include: 3+ years of Medical Malpractice or Nursing Home Abuse experience. Proficient computer skills Strong writeen and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness. Preferred qualifications for the position include : Aderant Total Office software experience Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $100,00 annully. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
