This is a fast-paced position ideal for a detail-oriented professional with at least three (3) years of litigation support experience in a law firm setting. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to effectively manage deadlines, legal documentation, and attorney workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with drafting, proofreading, and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and contracts. Maintain and organize electronic and physical client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, hearings, and tracking deadlines. Perform e-filing with Florida State and Federal Courts. Support discovery and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing case materials. Draft routine correspondence, client communications, and billing-related documents. Conduct new client intake, conflicts checks, and assist with opening and closing matters. Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, CLE tracking, check requests, and document management. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Paralegal certificate or degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of litigation support experience in a law firm. Experience with HOA/Condo law, mortgage foreclosures, or real estate litigation strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with iManage, Filesite, or Aderant is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
