The office consists of two attorneys and (upon hire) two full-time assistants. Experience in Florida probate administration desired, however, the new hire will cover other practice areas as well. Our office hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with lunch being taken from 12:00-1:00, Monday through Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 am to noon.
Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare probate pleadings (summary and formal) Prepare creditor notices, publication packets, inventories, and proposed orders. File documents via the Florida e‑Filing Portal Maintain calendars, deadlines, and case‑management entries. Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, creditors, and the court. Support attorneys with daily tasks in other practice areas.
