Our firm is looking for an experienced Sr. Paralegal to work for our reputable law firm. The challenging and interesting duties you will have: Conduct complete client intakes and interview witnesses Supervise the ordering of appropriate records, obtain official reports, and research Request, organize and summarize medical records and bills Draft discovery based on legal and factual issues of case Prepare draft motions and responses What we would like for you to bring to the table: At least 10+ years of successful experience, preferably in personal injury Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) required Self-motivated and organized Able to maintain a heavy workload with time-sensitive material FLSA Exemption Status Exempt Requirements Education, Qualifications, and Certifications High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Paralegal certification strongly preferred. Experience Ten or more years of experience in Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice cases, or as an insurance adjustor. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) required. Must be familiar with trial preparation, preparing exhibits and deposition designations, and analyzing/summarizing medical records. FileVine experience preferred.
