Job Description

Personal injury law firm seeking a full-time personal injury legal assistant. . You will be responsible for assisting one to two paralegals. •Prefer prior office/legal experience Request all medical records, billing and insurance documents Maintain files and HIPAA compliance Scheduling & Dairy Strong Organizational Skills Detail oriented Customer Service/Phone Etiquette Team player/work well with others, at all times Spanish speaking preferred but not required You will also be eligible for bonuses. Wage negotiation based upon experience. •
MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE MULTI-TASKING WELL
