Litigation Paralegal Dalton, GA 30720 $44,000 - $55,000 base + $7,000-$8,000 bonus Onsite About the Role We're seeking a skilled and organized Litigation Paralegal to support a dynamic legal team handling personal injury and business litigation matters. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage cases, draft key documents, and keep litigation moving efficiently.
What You'll Do Case Management:
Oversee post-litigation processes for ~30 active cases, primarily personal injury with some business litigation
Document Drafting:
Prepare and file complaints, answers, interrogatories, discovery requests, and demand letters
Client Communication:
Provide regular updates, coordinate scheduling, and maintain professional client interactions
File Organization:
Maintain and track all case materials including medical records, police reports, and agreements
Attorney Support:
Assist with deadlines, brief preparation, and task prioritization
Technology Use:
Utilize tools like EvenUp for timelines and drafting support
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with attorneys and staff, with occasional support in intake processes
What We're Looking For Experience:
at least 2 years in personal injury litigation with the ability to manage cases independently
Drafting Skills:
Strong experience drafting litigation pleadings and responses
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal skills with strong attention to detail
Organization:
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
Team Player:
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support the broader team
Tech-Savvy:
