Job Description

We are a growing litigation law firm representing injured clients throughout Georgia and Alabama. We are seeking a Korean-English bilingual Legal Assistant to join our Personal Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and developing a long-term career in the legal field. You will play a key role in handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement, including: Conducting new client intake and opening files Maintaining regular communication with clients in both Korean and English Obtaining police reports, medical records, bills, and other supporting documents Filing and managing insurance claims Communicating with insurance adjusters regarding liability, property damage, medical payments, and bodily injury claims Monitoring medical treatment and case progress Preparing settlement demand packages Negotiating settlements with insurance companies under attorney supervision Drafting legal correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses, and other legal documents Managing case deadlines and maintaining accurate case files Scheduling appointments, depositions, and mediations Providing outstanding customer service throughout the representation Qualifications Fluent in both Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Professional and compassionate when interacting with clients Ability to work independently while being a team player Experience in personal injury law is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate Experience with Google Workspace is a plus Compensation & Benefits We believe great employees deserve great rewards.
