Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support for real estate closings. Responsibilities Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, title reports, and closing statements. Coordinate due diligence activities, including title searches, survey reviews, environmental assessments, and review of land use restrictions. Act as the first line of communication for banks and real estate agents to handle all aspects of the real estate closing. Manage closing files using document management systems like Clio and SoftPro; ensure all records are accurate, organized, and up-to-date. Support project management efforts related to real estate closings by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and facilitating communication among team members. Prepare legal correspondence, summaries, and reports. Handle confidential information with discretion while maintaining compliance with procedural law standards and client confidentiality protocols. Requirements Proven paralegal experience with a strong background in real estate law. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple closings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept at client communication and professional phone etiquette. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), document review tools, data entry accuracy, and file management systems. High level of professionalism combined with proactive problem-solving skills; ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
