In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive legal support across a diverse range of practice areas, including Criminal Law, Civil Litigation and more. Your expertise will help streamline case management, facilitate research, and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of legal documents. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with case preparation, document review, and legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis and other legal support tools Draft and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence with precision and clarity Manage case files through document management systems and maintain meticulous records of all case-related activities Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather pertinent information for ongoing cases Support project management efforts by coordinating deadlines, tracking case progress, and organizing legal workflows Handle confidential information with discretion while ensuring compliance with procedural law requirements Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications Qualifications Proven paralegal experience with a strong background in Litigation. Proficiency in legal research tools including Westlaw and LexisNexis; familiarity with document review platforms like iManage is preferred Solid understanding of procedural law and experience supporting litigation processes from inception to resolution Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear legal documents and communicate effectively with clients and team members Experience with legal case management software such as Practice Panther or similar systems is advantageous Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with familiarity with document management systems like iManage or equivalent platforms Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism Join our team where your expertise will be valued!
