Requirements:
Minimum of two years of immigration law experience Minimum of a bachelor's degree Excellent legal and technical skills Full professional fluency in Spanish and English Prior experience preparing: Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status EOIR-42B, Cancellation of Removal Form I-589, Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal Strong legal research, writing, organizational, and case-management skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines independently The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, and committed to providing exceptional representation to immigration clients.
Pay:
$18.00 - $33.00 per hour
