What You Will Do Conquer Titles:
Conduct and analyze title searches, review and summarize underlying title documents and surveys, work with attorneys to untangle title issues, and coordinate with underwriters and surveyors.
Draft Documents:
Prepare title commitments and policies, closing documents, and corporate resolutions for attorney review.
Manage Closings:
Coordinate professionally with lenders, buyers, sellers, surveyors and other parties to help make transactions run smoothly. Advance your

What We Need From You Experience:
At least 2 to 5 years' experience as a commercial real estate paralegal with hands-on background in title and survey review.
Skills:
Sharp eye for detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for investigative problem-solving and polished, professional work product.
Expertise:
Solid knowledge of commercial real estate law, title insurance, survey review, and property acquisitions and financing.
Education:
