Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estate Planning Paralegal - Drafting Specialist to join our dynamic legal team. Your expertise will support attorneys in delivering exceptional client service by ensuring all legal documentation aligns with current laws and client wishes. Duties Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives with accuracy and attention to detail Conduct comprehensive legal research across various practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, UCC law, tribal law & regulations, and procedural law to support document preparation Manage case files using document management systems like iManage and PCLaw, ensuring all records are organized and up-to-date Assist attorneys with client interviews by gathering necessary information and clarifying estate planning goals Support project management efforts by coordinating deadlines, tracking document revisions, and maintaining workflow efficiency Proofread legal documents for clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy while handling confidential information securely Conduct legal research utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal resources to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Qualifications Proven paralegal experience with a strong background in estate planning and familiarity with related practice areas such as family law, securities law, personal injury law, workers' compensation law, and civil litigation support Exceptional drafting skills with the ability to produce clear, precise legal documents tailored to client needs Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Excellent communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with attorneys and team members Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with familiarity with legal research platforms such as LexisNexis or Westlaw Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating professionalism in all interactions Join our team to contribute your expertise in estate planning drafting while supporting a firm committed to delivering exceptional legal services.
