We focus on debt restructuring, negotiations, and bankruptcy solutions that preserve assets and protect long-term viability. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Legal Support Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping everything organized and on track. If you like structure, systems, and helping people through tough situations - you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Manage attorney calendars, email, contacts, and task lists Schedule client meetings, hearings, and calls Provide professional, compassionate client communication Assist with court filings and legal document preparation Organize and process incoming/outgoing mail Provide daily administrative and operational support This role is essential to keeping our firm running smoothly. What We're Looking For 3+ years of administrative experience (legal experience preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email systems, and legal software Ability to juggle multiple tasks and shift priorities quickly Professional phone presence and client-first mindset Self-starter who takes initiative and requires minimal supervision

Education:
