Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Receptionist to join our vibrant legal team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional administrative support while assisting with legal research, document management, and case preparation. Duties Greet clients, visitors, and callers with professionalism and courtesy, managing all front desk operations efficiently Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates using legal calendaring systems Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries with clarity and promptnes Prepare, review, and proofread legal documents including contracts, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence Maintain organized case files in Dropbox or other document management systems ensuring confidentiality and accuracy Handle confidential information with discretion while providing executive administrative support as needed Coordinate client interviews and gather necessary documentation for various practice areas including personal injury law, workers' compensation law, landlord-tenant law, and tribal regulations Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and filing organization Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; professional phone etiquette essential Experience handling confidential information with integrity and discretion Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Join us in this rewarding role where your organizational prowess combined with your passion for the law will make a meaningful impact.
