Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a Legal Assistant for a well-established law firm in downtown Chicago. This position will support attorneys in a busy litigation and workers' compensation practice and is ideal for a professional with strong law firm experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in litigation and workers' compensation matters.

Draft, edit, and format legal correspondence.

Maintain electronic and physical case files.

Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court dates.

Coordinate filings and service of legal documents.

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors.

Assist with trial preparation and case management support.
