  • Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
  • Manage calendars and deadlines for attorneys
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned ```
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a legal assistant preferred
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
