Candidates must be very dependable, detail oriented, have the ability to prioritize workloads and adapt to changing priorities. The successful candidate will have a strong history of case/file management, client interaction, and preparation of legal documents and correspondence. Knowledge of real estate transactions, corporate books and general contracts is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
Organizing and maintaining corporate books Preparing annual reports and meeting minutes Research, draft and review various real estate and corporate related documents Scheduling and monitoring critical dates Organizing and reviewing discovery with supervising attorneys Reviewing and researching cases Work closely with attorneys to resolve a variety of day-to-day issues and support a broad range of projects. Communicate and interact well with clients and other attorneys
Requirements:
Paralegal certification with a minimum of 2 years experience as a paralegal Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PDF For those currently employed and looking for a new challenge, we will hold your resume in the strictest confidence.
