High SchoolResponsibilities Coordinates the intake, document retrieval, review, and fulfillment of external legal subpoenas, working directly with external counsel, regulatory agencies, and public officials. Coordinates inbound Bankruptcy Court notifications, tracking dockets and updating internal case files. Provides core administrative support to internal legal counsel, including drafting formal correspondence, building operational reports, and managing sensitive records Examines legal instruments—including Powers of Attorney, Trust documentation, and Court Mandates—to verify legal standing and compliance with banking protocols.
