We are a plaintiff-focused personal injury firm dedicated to exceptional client service and results. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Pre-Litigation Paralegal/Case Manager to support our attorneys and provide high-quality service to our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law or insurance industry related experience. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and proficiency in the pre-litigation claims process. As a Paralegal/Case Manager at Peterson Law Office, you will play a crucial role in the client experience from case intake to resolution. Key Responsibilities Manage legal case files, ensuring all documentation is organized and up-to-date. Draft correspondence. Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather information pertinent to cases. Utilize project management skills to track deadlines and manage case timelines effectively. Collaborate with attorneys on litigation strategies and provide support as needed. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to ethical standards in the legal profession. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in paralegal studies or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw. Familiarity with NetDocs, CasePeer, or similar legal case management software is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting documents and interacting with clients. Experience in personal injury law or the insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a law office environment. French or other language proficiency a plus.
