Job Overview We are seeking an experienced personal injury law firm case manager to join our team. As a personal injury law firm case manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial. You will work closely with our attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure that cases are handled efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Conducting initial client introduction calls, including gathering information on the incident, injuries sustained, and medical treatment received Communicating with clients regularly to provide updates on their cases and answer any questions they may have Reviewing and organizing medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents Working with attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare cases for settlement negotiations or trial Coordinating with medical providers to obtain necessary medical records and bills Negotiating with insurance companies to obtain fair settlements for clients Drafting demand letters and settlement agreements Attending court hearings and mediations with attorneys Managing case files and ensuring that all deadlines are met Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field 2+ years of experience working as a personal injury case manager or paralegal Knowledge of personal injury law, including medical terminology and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, attorneys, and medical providers Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including employer paid health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) contributions.
