• Health, Dental, and Vision insurance About Us Chris Corzo Injury Attorneys is hiring a full-time Litigation Paralegal to help move cases forward with accuracy, urgency, and ownership. This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, detail-driven, dependable, and motivated to produce high-quality work in a fast-moving legal environment. What You'll Do Manage litigation files and cases from file to trial with precision and consistency Draft, organize, review, and file legal documents, including drafting and answering discovery Track deadlines, case activity, and follow-up items Coordinate records, discovery, exhibits, and case materials, including trial preparation support Prepare demands, settlements, and supporting documentation Communicate and coordinate with attorneys, clients, courts, vendors, providers, experts, insurers, and opposing parties Keep cases organized, accurate, and moving forward What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work with speed without sacrificing accuracy Organized, dependable, and process-oriented Comfortable managing multiple active matters at once Clear communicator and strong team player Litigation paralegal experience preferred Personal injury experience is a plus Able to work independently with minimal oversight Available for overtime as needed Compensation and Benefits Approximate base compensation of $55,000+ (based on experience) Opportunity to earn more based on consistent performance 401(k) with Safe Harbor Match $500 annual HSA contribution Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Application Requirement All applicants must complete the Culture Index assessment as part of the hiring process at https://go.cultureindex.com/s/T2JEP8
