- Assist attorneys with legal research, case preparation, document management, and trial support.
- Draft, review, organize, and maintain legal documents, including pleadings, motions, correspondence, contracts, and case materials.
- Interview clients, gather case details, and maintain accurate client and case documentation.
- Organize, file, and protect confidential legal records in accordance with firm procedures.
- Track deadlines, manage scheduling needs, provide case updates, and support preparation for hearings, mediations, and trial.
- Contribute to a professional, team-oriented environment focused on strong client service and successful case outcomes. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.

- Support attorneys with personal injury case preparation, documentation, and litigation-related tasks.
- Manage case files, legal records, deadlines, and client communications with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Draft and organize pleadings, motions, correspondence, and case materials.
- Assist with hearing, mediation, and trial preparation.
- 3-5 years of paralegal experience.
- Experience supporting legal matters in a law firm or legal services environment.
- Strong understanding of legal document preparation, case file organization, and deadline management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional client service skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Dependable, team-oriented work style with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through. Preferred Qualifications
- Personal injury law experience.
- Experience assisting with medical records, insurance documentation, settlement materials, or litigation support.
- Familiarity with legal case management systems and electronic document organization.
- Experience supporting hearings, mediations, depositions, or trial preparation.
