We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Intake Specialist to play a crucial role in the initial interactions with our potential new clients. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, exceptional attention to detail, a passion for assisting others, and a commitment to contributing to the growth of our firm.
Responsibilities:
Field new client calls; Document and organize information from new client inquiries; Create and maintain client files; Collaborate with our legal teams in setting up insurance claims and initiating new files; Guide clients through onboarding process, explaining retainer contracts and intake paperwork; Review and respond to online inquiries timely, and Other responsibilities as required from legal teams and intake supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in intake, sales, or other similar field; Excellent written and oral communication skills, specifically in through phone and email; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Strong attention to detail; and Passionate about helping others and dedicated to excellence. Previous intake experience, familiarity with personal injury concepts and terminology, and case management software experience preferred.
Compensation:
Compensation is commensurate with experience
