Responsibilities Assist attorneys in preparing for trials by organizing case files and evidence. Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to ongoing cases. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Maintain accurate records of case progress and deadlines. Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information. Proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance with court requirements. File documents with the court and ensure timely submissions. Support attorneys during depositions and hearings as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred. Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar role within a law firm setting. Strong understanding of litigation processes and legal terminology. Proficiency in legal drafting and document preparation. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills for client interaction and teamwork. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
