General Job Duties:
Manage case files utilizing document management systems; ensuring all records are accurate, organized, and accessible Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, contracts, and correspondence with clients and stakeholders Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings Perform document review and data entry tasks with precision; handle confidential information responsibly at all times Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette Utilize document management systems to store, retrieve, and track legal documents Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff Perform data entry and file management tasks to maintain accurate and organized legal documents Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence
Qualifications:
Proven paralegal experience with a strong background in multiple legal areas including insurance defense, personal injury, and civil litigation support Strong writing skills for preparing clear legal drafts and reports; exceptional attention to detail for document review and filing Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for drafting documents and managing case data efficiently Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining compliance with legal standards Effective client communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette Embark on a rewarding journey where your legal support expertise makes a meaningful impact!
