Interview clients and witnesses to gather relevant information for cases involving personal injury law, workers' compensation law, family law, or civil litigation. Coordinate with courts and external agencies for filings and procedural compliance in accordance with procedural law knowledge. Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence via Microsoft Office applications, and handling client communications professionally. Skills Proven experience as a paralegal with strong knowledge of various practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, securities law, landlord-tenant law, personal injury law, and general & commercial litigation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and legal drafting purposes. Familiarity with procedural law procedures for filing documents accurately within court deadlines. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion while maintaining professionalism at all times. Experience supporting attorneys in managing multiple cases involving civil litigation support or family law matters.
