You will provide overall support to attorneys and clients. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the legal field. Proven track-record of promoting individuals into higher legal support roles within the firm. Very friendly office staff, 401(k) benefits, PTO and competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, be familiar with MS Office programs and have typing proficiency.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming and greeting clients in person and by telephone Assisting potential clients with inquiries and forms Updating appointment calendars and data entry Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail Basic office duties to maintain efficiency i.e. filing, scanning, faxing, etc. ​
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs and typing proficiency Ability to operate multi-line telephone systems and office equipment Organized and detail oriented Respect for confidentiality and discretion Must be punctual and reliable Able to learn on job and multi-task
