We are a growing creditors' rights law firm looking for someone who can lead a high-volume department dedicated to representing our clients (banks, credit unions, and finance companies only) in bankruptcy courts across the state.
Duties include:
typing, answering phone calls, drafting letters and other documents, e-filing. Training will occur on the job. Legal/financial experience is preferred, but not required. Experience with Bankruptcy Court filings a plus! Pay is based on experience. References required. Please include a phone number on your resume.Job Type:
