Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Paralegal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing real estate transactions from contract to closing and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist paralegals with real estate transactions Prepare and review closing documents, including settlement statements and title documents Order and review title exams, plot plans, and municipal lien certificates Coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, and real estate agents to ensure smooth closings Maintain and organize client files and transaction records Communicate professionally with clients and third parties
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with real estate software is a plus Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 2+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal (preferred) Knowledge of real estate closing procedures and documentation
