International Patent Paralegal Pay:

$30-$31 per hour

Experience Required:

2+ years Woven Legal is seeking an experienced International Patent Paralegal to provide part-time support with international and foreign patent prosecution and docketing. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented patent professional who understands the WIPO system, can independently manage critical deadlines, and has experience working with the USPTO and Patent Center. Responsibilities Support international and foreign patent prosecution matters using the WIPO system Track, calendar, and monitor patent deadlines accurately and proactively Process patent assignments and related documentation Review and respond to notices issued through the USPTO and Patent Center Maintain accurate and organized matter and docketing records Follow up on outstanding items to help ensure deadlines and filing requirements are met Qualifications At least two years of patent paralegal or patent docketing experience Working knowledge of WIPO procedures and foreign patent prosecution Familiarity with USPTO requirements and Patent Center Experience tracking deadlines and maintaining detailed patent records Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive responsibilities This is a part-time opportunity requiring approximately 20 hours per month.
