Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing front desk operations efficiently. Handle incoming calls with courteous phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate team members and taking detailed messages when necessary. Manage legal case files and documents using document management systems such as Clio ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely filing. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and court filings while managing calendars with organizational precision. Handle confidential information with discretion. Experience Previous legal support or administrative experience in a law office setting is highly preferred. Strong computer skills using Adobe, Excel, Microsoft Exchange Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in client communication, legal drafting, proofreading, and handling procedural requirements accurately.
