The ideal candidate will exhibit dependability, responsiveness, and proficiency in both web-based and Microsoft Office software and familiarity with real estate closing software like Snapclose and Eclose is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of residential real estate closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in each stage. Coordinate seamlessly with various stakeholders, including lenders, real estate agents, and home buyers/sellers, to facilitate smooth transactions. Perform title examinations, address minor issues, and oversee discharge tracking, utilizing expertise in real estate closing software. Assist with administrative tasks as required, demonstrating adaptability and strong teamwork in a fast-paced, professional environment. Experience handling family law matters is a plus and a willingness to learn and assume Family Law Cases as needed is important.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of practical experience utilizing web-based software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Google Suite is preferred, showcasing versatility in technology use. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-focused setting. Prior experience in litigation and Family law is a valuable asset. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with E-Closing and other real estate software is highly desirable.
