In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal support for our workers' compensation defense attorneys. Duties Initial review, organization and summary of legal file with a focus on claim status, medical treatment and subpoena targets. Summary of medical records. Coordinate the retention of medical experts including compiling medical records and drafting cover letters. Handle administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing confidential information securely, and supporting litigation attorneys. Requirements Litigation experience in the field of personal injury, preferably workers' compensation. Skilled in using case management software such as Leap, for efficient file organization and workflow management. Experience preparing IME cover letters and medical exhibits.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
