Job Description - Important PointsPosition Title Processor / Closing Coordinator Client-facing, ownership-driven role Responsible for managing files from contract to closing Key Responsibilities Own the entire transaction from contract execution to closing. Open title files and order title work immediately. Manage files using Qualia . Review title commitments, title abstracts, and closing documents.
Resolve title issues such as:
Liens Judgments Mortgages Probate/Estate issues Municipal violations Chain of title defects Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and real estate agents. Handle payoffs, releases, estoppels, and lender documentation. Prepare and review HUD/CD Settlement Statements . Ensure accurate receipts, disbursements, and closing documents. Keep all parties updated and ensure closings occur on time. Required Experience Land Title Analysis Analyst/title industry experience Title Processing, Closing Coordination, or as a Real Estate Paralegal Strong knowledge of title review, title commitments, and the closing process. Ability to independently manage files from start to finish. Preferred Software Qualia (Preferred) Simplifile Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Adobe/PDF tools Key Skills Strong title review and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Sense of urgency and ownership
Pay:
$70,047.18 - $85,000.00 per year
