Full-time position, Monday thru Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation and sick time.
Legal Assistant:
Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files; extensive client contact and document preparation; monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; documenting actions; inputting information into file database and case management software; confirming case status with attorney.
Requirements:
Relevant Work Experience (2-3 years); or a Paralegal degree. Experience in workers compensation claims, personal injury claims or personal injury litigation will be weighted heavily.
