We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who can independently manage a litigation caseload in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, compassionate with clients, and able to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Responsibilities Manage personal injury litigation files from suit through resolution. Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, subpoenas, settlement documents, and correspondence. Coordinate service of process and monitor case deadlines. Prepare and organize exhibits, trial notebooks, and mediation/arbitration materials. Review, summarize, and organize medical records and billing records. Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, independent medical examinations, and expert appointments. Prepare discovery responses and assist attorneys with discovery compliance. Maintain accurate case management records and document deadlines. Perform other litigation and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation experience required. Experience handling Maryland personal injury litigation preferred. Strong knowledge of the Maryland Rules of Civil Procedure and litigation deadlines. Excellent drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active cases. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and legal case management software. Experience with Neos case management software is a plus.
