We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support a unique personal injury practice in Baltimore, Maryland. This position centers on guiding clients through each stage of their case with extreme integrity and care. This is not a high-volume practice, but one that handles catastrophic cases with tremendous client attention and care.

The ideal candidate brings strong case management skills, sound knowledge of personal injury procedures, and a client-focused approach to legal support.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, conducting intake conversations and collecting thorough case details to support legal strategy.
• Coordinate outreach to insurers, medical offices, health plan representatives, and other involved parties to secure records and case-related information.
• Compile and review key documentation such as treatment records, billing statements, accident reports, and supporting evidence for accuracy and completeness.
• Organize, update, and maintain case files so materials are accessible, current, and properly tracked throughout the legal process.
• Assist attorneys with litigation support activities, including discovery preparation, document management, and trial readiness tasks.
• Monitor timelines and follow up on outstanding items to help keep matters moving forward and aligned with case deadlines.
