This position provides a valuable and fulfilling career opportunity in a fast-paced legal environment. It is important that you have the requisite experience and are able to hit the ground running. Your prior experience and skills should include the following: 2-3 years minimum experience working in a personal injury law firm (less than this will not be considered) Experience with taking intakes, case management, insurance claims, property damage claims, medical records request, demand preparation, and litigation Knowledge of medical and insurance terms Capable of handling a caseload of between 40-50 active cases General computer knowledge is required Duties range from administrative tasks to dynamic communication with clients and attorneys.

Processing incoming mail Acquire and review medical records and bills Create Demands and Medical Strategies Managing E-filing Construct and revise pleadings and motions Calendaring and Scheduling Communicating with clients and attorneys Responsible for 40-50 active cases Accurately maintain and update Neos (Case Management Software)
