Legal Assistant Needed! at Ultimate Staffing Services Legal Assistant Needed! at Ultimate Staffing Services in Timonium, Maryland Posted in 2 days ago. $21.00 - $24.00 per hour As a Legal Assistant, you will be the first line of communication between our clients and their assigned attorney.

DUTIES INCLUDE

Managing the calendar for their assigned Attorney Responsible for client calls and email communication Processing attorney transcriptions Scheduling hearings, mediations, depositions, and client conferences while maintaining a high level of company confidentiality Other responsibilities include filing, scanning, hearing/trial preparation, and mandatory monthly meetings with the attorney team

REQUIREMENTS

Recent working experience in the customer service industry Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure High school degree

SKILLS:
