This position is based in our Gaithersburg office and offers an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Responsibilities:
As a Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys and providing exceptional support to our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Efficiently handling the opening and processing of cases/files, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained Maintaining up-to-date and accurate case notes in our advanced case management system Requesting and organizing supporting documentation Providing outstanding client service through regular communication with clients, answering questions, providing case updates, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the life of the case

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. In addition, the ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues Proficiency in using MS Office applications to streamline administrative tasks Strong multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of work independently Composure in fast-paced situations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail A positive and can-do attitude that fosters teamwork and a supportive work environment Bilingual -
English and Spanish Salary:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
