Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support a short-term Contract assignment in Towson, Maryland. This project-focused role will assist with discovery tasks so legal work can continue without delay. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with document handling, formatting, and litigation support tools, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, organize, and finalize discovery materials for a time-sensitive legal project.
  • Apply Bates numbering accurately to case documents and confirm files are properly labeled for production.
  • Edit, format, and assemble legal documents using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Coordinate document preparation activities to support ongoing litigation and case progress.
  • Review files for completeness, consistency, and readiness before submission or handoff.
  • Assist with trial preparation and related case documentation as needed.
  • Use case management and legal document tools to maintain organized and accessible records.
