This boutique law firm has an opening for a Legal Assistant due to growth and desires your strong attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and ability to manage schedules. You will ensure that the legal teams are well supported with your admirable admin skills and collaboration to ensure timelines are met and goals are achieved. No legal experience required. You'll have opportunities to earn bonuses and travel for office retreats while doing important and exciting work for our clients. You will be in charge of working with clients to prepare their immigration petitions (mainly family-based and humanitarian-based), draft letters to clients, and manage client cases from beginning to end under the supervision of the managing attorney.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish (oral and written). Native Spanish-speaker preferred. Must have strong writing skills in
ENGLISH AND
SPANISH, excellent computer skills, and an eye for detail because you'll be writing letters, text messages, and emails to clients in both languages. Experience in family and humanitarian immigration cases is strongly preferred.
