What You'll Do Be the friendly, reassuring voice our clients hear when they call. Conduct outbound calls to clients to discuss documents and provide updates. Meet with clients in person to review paperwork and explain next steps. Keep our team on track by managing schedules, tracking deadlines, and keeping communication flowing. Maintain accurate records and data from calls, emails, and meetings. Help make the office run smoothly from filing and scanning documents to improving how we serve clients. Who You Are Compassionate, honest, and dependable; people can count on you. Detail-oriented and organized; you notice what others might miss. Self-motivated and do not wait to be told what needs to be done. Able to accept feedback and use it to grow. Friendly and professional, making people feel at ease. Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Excited to learn new things; no legal experience or degree is required because we will teach you.
