Job Description

Paralegal We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Paralegal to support attorneys and legal staff in the preparation, management, and maintenance of legal documents and case files. The ideal candidate will perform administrative and legal support functions while working under close supervision. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional legal environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize legal files and records.
  • Prepare routine correspondence and legal documents from templates.
  • Assist with document review, filing, scanning, and record retention.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and court related deadlines.
  • Enter and update information in legal databases and case management systems.
  • Assist with gathering documents and information for legal matters.
  • Monitor and track deadlines and case activities.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of legal and client information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, or related legal support role.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and document preparation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree, Paralegal Certificate, or related legal training.
  • Experience working in a law firm, government agency, or corporate legal department.
  • Knowledge of electronic filing systems and legal case management software.
